Our lead times vary by season. From fall to Christmas, expect 10–14 weeks. Otherwise, our normal lead time is 6–10 weeks.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer delivery and setup for your furniture.
Can I choose my wood type or finish?
Absolutely. We offer oak, cherry, maple, and walnut. During your consultation call, we'll walk you through all your wood and finish options so you can choose exactly what fits your vision.
Do you build custom sizes?
Yes. If you want something custom-made to your exact specs, we can build that too.
What's the typical order process like?
First, you'll fill out a quick form and someone from our shop will text you within 10 minutes. We'll set up a phone call to get a feel for what you're after and discuss your goals. If you choose one of our standard designs, we'll provide an immediate quote. For custom pieces, we'll work with you to understand your vision, then move into a design phase with a down payment to hold your spot. Once you approve the design, we'll put it in our schedule.
